Police Commission Meeting & Demonstration / Protest

The People’s Network in Defense of Human Rights will attend the Los Angeles Police Commission meeting Tuesday, May 8, 2007 at 2:00pm. People will be giving statements to the commission about what happen at the May 1^st police riot at McArthur Park , following the annual May Day march.

During the meeting with the police commission there will also be protest / demonstration in front of Parker Center ( 150 N. Los Angeles Street ). We will be demanding that those responsible for the police riot be held accountable and to continue the pressure of denouncing the police for their blatant excessive force against women, children and seniors at the May Day Rally.
